American Ruck F3 Glow Patch

2”x3" F3 Glow Patch boasting the F3 logo that is best used to light up the darkness, hand-made in Austin, TX, by American Ruck (& brothers from F3 Austin). 

The backing is a tough velcro, enabling you to patch just about anything. We like to throw these on our rucksacks, charge them up with LED or high-lumen flashlights, and hit the trail. But you can also throw these on a travel bag, keep for emergency use cases, read in bed, use as an alternative night light and more. 

Simply charge them up with a light source (sun=best, LED=second, high lumen flashlights=third), and they glow in the dark for hours visible to the naked eye. They do great in the cold (trust us, we tested, lol) and, although can get scratched in everyday use, are pretty friggin’ durable. High temperatures are OK, too, unless exposed directly to sunlight for 3-4+ hours (like baking on a car dashboard). When heated up too high, they will become somewhat pliable and can actually be formed to create a curvature, getting harder as they cool.

Great backup if you don’t have a light source and need some illumination in a pinch. If you are going all tacti-cool, maybe the bioluminescence will give you away. :) But for most applications, the F3 Glow Patch in the shape of freedom will be your new best friend.
