Returns are only accepted with prior approval from Support@F3Gear.com.
If you need to return a product because it is damaged or not the product that you ordered, we will send you a postage paid shipping label for your return.
If you need to return a product because you would like a different size, color, or other feature, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return these items. Upon approval, a shipping address will be provided for your return. Some items are non-returnable including gift cards and certain products that are custom screen printed or embroidered. F3 Logo products that can not be returned can often be resold in the F3 Forums in on the F3 Nation web site.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. An approved return may be accepted for exchange or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned items, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
